From pumpkin spice to cozy blankets and candles, it’s no surprise that so many people are excited for the leaves to fall. As we begin the month of October, autumn has come into full swing. So grab a friend and plan your fall day!

  1. Pumpkin Pancakes: Trader Joe’s carries a pumpkin pancake and waffle mix which makes for an easy fall breakfast. Use your best cooking skills and make them with your friends! A comforting pancake breakfast is the perfect way to start a fall day.
  2. Fall Decorations: The dollar section at Target is a great way to find fun decorations for your room. Everything ranges from $1-5, and decorating your room will transform it in minutes. You can also pick up matching sweaters for a photoshoot!
  3. Bath and Body Works: Take a trip to the mall and check out all of the seasonal scents from this popular cosmetics shop. Maybe bring home a few candles to make your room smell like fall.
  4. Starbucks: The popular coffee shop announced their seasonal fall drinks back in late Aug. They have the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a new drink: the Pumpkin Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Pumpkin scones and pumpkin bread are also available. This is a great way to spend the afternoon for some quality bonding time with your friend or family member.
  5. Fall Photoshoot: Find some trees, build a fort, or simply pose with your PSL to take fun pictures.
  6. Cookies and a Movie: Nothing says fall like a fresh batch of baked treats. You can buy cookie mix at the store or make it from scratch, and you’ll have a great movie snack. Light some candles, gather blankets and cozy up to a fall movie like “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” This is a perfect way to end the day.

These relatively inexpensive activities will cure your fall boredom. When you’re in need of something to do with your friends, these will put you in the fall mood!
