Last Friday, Nov. 8, marked an exciting day for the Wildcats football team as they came out victorious against Quartz Hill 35-6.

This was the first round of playoffs for the Cats, and they put on a show for the audience, scoring four touchdowns before the end of the first half. West Ranch defense also proved to be phenomenal as they prevented Quartz Hill from scoring up until the last few minutes of the game.

Junior Walker Eget impressed everyone with his talent, proving himself to be right up with his brothers in terms of skill and athletic ability, while seniors Jackson Reyes and Reiger Burgen put on a strong performance.

West Ranch marching band also put on a breathtaking performance at half-time, displaying this year’s show, “Immortal.”
