Prescription for perfection

The occasional school assemblies with speakers who ramble on, saying in low voices that “Life can take you higher than drugs” and “A friend indeed won’t make you smoke weed.” A mass hysteria over the opening of the new Cheesecake Factory. The whispers and murmurs of “When I graduate, I’m moving to New York” trickling out students’ mouths: This is where our story begins.
