Hello, my name is Joshua Cho. I am currently a junior at West Ranch. I have a passion for people and a natural curiosity about how things work and why. Throughout the years of journalism, not only did I progress my skills in writing, but to communicate well with others and gather and analyze a variety of opinions from them, and that’s what made this class interesting. It’s a misconception that all students who are involved in journalism pursue a career in the field of journalism. But for most it may be true, but in some cases, skills and traits such as working to meet a deadline, handling an interview, and communicating with others of the outside world will prepare one for a range of career paths. This class has definitely given me suitable skills to be beneficial in the future.
